Our AI-native platform creates a company-specific AI system that understands a customer’s website, social presence, competitors, content, paid ads, SEO signals, and business context. Concision turns that intelligence into strategic insights, action items, and brand-aware outputs across social media, blog posts, newsletters, and paid ads.

The role

As an AI / ML Engineer at Concision, you’ll build production systems that turn company-specific context into strategic insights, action items, and brand-aware outputs.

We’re a lean team, and our customer base is growing quickly. Your work will define the capabilities, speed, and reliability of the core Concision platform.

Impact

You’ll build the engine behind Concision’s marketing intelligence:

• Build the AI Infrastructure: Design systems that reason across websites, social channels, competitors, content, paid ads, SEO signals, and customer business context.
• Scale Marketing Intelligence: Improve ingestion and enrichment pipelines across websites, content libraries, ad channels, SEO data, PDFs, and third-party APIs.
• Optimize Performance and Cost: Improve prompt design, model selection, data processing, and chunking strategies across the AI stack.
• Create Self-Correcting Systems: Build evaluation pipelines and data flywheels that improve the product through real user interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the production machine-learning systems that power Concision’s company-specific AI system.
• Develop robust pipelines for ingesting, processing, and enriching data from websites, PDFs, and third-party APIs.
• Fine-tune and deploy open-source language models for customer-specific extraction and generation problems.
• Own the MLOps lifecycle, including monitoring, evaluation, and CI/CD for high availability and performance.
• Work directly with the CEO and CTO to turn customer needs into production-ready features.
• Apply practical advances in AI research to continuously improve the platform.
