Our AI-native platform creates a company-specific AI system that understands a customer’s website, social presence, competitors, content, paid ads, SEO signals, and business context. Concision turns that intelligence into strategic insights, action items, and brand-aware outputs across social media, blog posts, newsletters, and paid ads.

The role

As Design Engineer at Concision, you’ll design interfaces for company-specific AI systems that turn complex business context into clear, useful action.

Your work will bridge our powerful backend and the people using it, making the complex simple and the powerful approachable.

Impact

You’ll shape how customers understand and act on Concision’s intelligence:

• Craft an Intuitive Experience: Design user flows and interfaces for strategic insights, action items, and brand-aware content generation.
• Evolve the Design System: Create and maintain a comprehensive system that improves consistency, quality, and speed across the application.
• Shape Product Strategy: Turn user research and feedback into elegant solutions for real marketing problems.
• Drive Adoption and Delight: Create a product people love to use for important work that was previously slow or difficult.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process from early concepts and journey mapping through high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Work closely with the CEO, CTO, and engineering team to define requirements and ship features quickly.
• Design and iterate on company intelligence, competitor tracking, source ingestion, action items, and content-creation workflows.
• Talk directly with users to understand their needs, gather feedback, and validate design decisions.
• Establish a strong, clean, and modern visual identity for the Concision platform.
