Our AI-native platform creates a company-specific AI system that understands a customer’s website, social presence, competitors, content, paid ads, SEO signals, and business context. Concision turns that intelligence into strategic insights, action items, and brand-aware outputs across social media, blog posts, newsletters, and paid ads.

The role

As Sales Manager at Concision, you’ll build the foundation of our sales organization and bring Concision to ambitious companies around the world.

You won’t just close deals. You’ll become a strategic partner to customers, helping them modernize how they understand their market and execute growth.

Impact

Your work will shape how Concision reaches customers and how the product evolves:

• Build the Sales Playbook: Design and implement the sales strategies, processes, and methodologies that will scale with the company.
• Shape the Product Roadmap: Be the voice of the customer and translate market feedback into new features and use cases.
• Drive Mission-Critical Adoption: Help teams spot opportunities, improve marketing execution, and make better growth decisions with their own business context.
• Pioneer a New Market: Educate the market on company-specific AI systems and establish Concision as a leader in the category.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
• Refine our ideal customer profile and identify key markets and use cases for proactive outreach.
• Run compelling product demos tailored to the specific pain points of each prospect.
• Work directly with the CEO and CTO to set and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Help build our go-to-market team and culture as we grow.
• Use Concision to automate prospect research, understand customer markets, and demonstrate the product’s value through your own work.
